Universal was recently named to Newsweek’s 2024 list of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity. For the second consecutive year, Newsweek partnered with Plant A conducting research to identify the leading workplaces for diversity in America. The research involved an assessment of publicly accessible data, interviews with HR professionals, and large-scale confidential online surveys conducted among employees from U.S. companies. Ultimately, this study incorporated input from over 223,000 U.S. employees, resulting in 1.5 million in-depth company evaluations.
